The Boreas system combines hardware sensors and
a cloud monitoring platform that gives lab teams
24/7 visibility into tank health across locations.

Before working with Dark Matter, Boreas had
invested nearly $1M building an MVP platform.
Unfortunately the product was not usable.

• broken onboarding workflows
• tank setup failures
• confusing UX
• missing core functionality
